- Visit the Virtual Center for Active Adults (VCAA) of Fairfax County for a listing of online activities and resources. Programs include educational seminars, exercise and creative offerings (postcard courtesy of AARP).

- Do you have a Parkinson’s Hospital Kit (AKA: Aware in Care kit) from Parkinson’s Foundation?

If you become a member (just $25 donation), you receive access to their entire online library of recorded sessions to view anytime. Dance for PD also offers instructional videos for purchase for you to dance at home!
