November is National Family Caregivers Month – Take a moment to thank those your life who care for you! 
The Parkinson Voice Project is celebrating their 15th Anniversary LIVE by featuring the launch of the Global Virtual Choir, November 7th at 7:30pm ET/6:30 CT. 

Parkinson Foundation has a new Caregivers Month 2020 resource section on their website.
Partnering: The Dance of Relationships and Romance is being hosted on November 10 at 1pm ET from the Parkinson Foundation.
Parkinson’s and the Good Life with Dr. Laurie Santos and Connie and Davis Phinney is now available for viewing from the Davis Phinney Foundation.
The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) has a virtual calendar that has all their exercise, wellness and support programs available.
Simplified TaiChi 24 forms class available for those with Parkinson’s and/or their Caregivers
Meng Lin leads this class on Wednesdays via Zoom starting at 12:30pm and lasts for 1 to 1.5 hour (including a warm-up/stretch routine).  If you are interested in participating in this class, please call Meng at 703-503-3412 (leave a message if no one answers), if interested.

Mindfulness Mondays: Follow guided relaxation techniques that help boost brain power and reduce stress every Monday at 1 p.m. ET.
Wellness Wednesdays: Engage with others in the Parkinson’s disease (PD) community and explore your creative side every Wednesday at 1 p.m. ET.
Fitness Fridays:  Follow PD-tailored fitness episodes from home, each one highlighting a new fitness focus. New videos go live every Friday!
