This month we’re introducing the crew from DPI Adaptive Fitness who will demonstrate their Rock Steady Parkinson’s Boxing program. They also offer a variety of other adaptive classes in addition to personal training.
You’re welcome to browse our resource table where you can help yourself to information about living with Parkinson’s, as well as some of the many services provided by Fairfax County. If you have some resources you’d like to share, please bring them along.

At our July café in Fairfax, we welcomed friends from the Ashburn, Springfield, and Manassas areas. We were also delighted to meet a couple of the organizers of Parkinson events in the greater Winchester area. Thanks to the contributions of our awesome bakers and shoppers we enjoyed some exceptional munchies. Yum! Yum!
