The Davis Phinney Foundation has launched a new series called Ask the Parkinson’s Expert which features videos with people living with Parkinson’s, carepartners, DPF ambassador leaders, and Parkinson’s specialists.
The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) has a virtual calendar that has all their exercise, wellness and support programs available.
Simplified TaiChi 24 forms class available for those with Parkinson’s and/or their Caregivers
Meng Lin leads this class on Wednesdays via Zoom starting at 12:30pm and lasts for 1 to 1.5 hour (including a warm-up/stretch routine). If you are interested in participating in this class, please call Meng at 703-503-3412 (leave a message if no one answers), if interested.
