From the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Russell Branch Parkway . . .
Go west on Russell Branch Parkway, past Exchange Street, past Northpark Drive and the next street on your right will be Savin Hill Drive. Head on down to the end of the road past the townhouses, and at the bend, Tribute is the large building on your left.

Small Bits Add Up: Tips for Reviving and Restoring Daily
Small bits add up. Join this interactive presentation for people living with Parkinson’s and caregivers on how to revive and restore within by applying small bits of self-care throughout the day. Carolyn Bagdoyan, Yoga Therapist and Owner of Heart Tree Yoga will discuss how to read and respond to internal body signals using safe and easy tools and techniques. Carolyn will share yoga-based breath, small movement and restorative exercises that can be used to reduce stress, fatigue and anxiety; increase energy and elevate mood; and improve balance and flexibility, leading to an overall sense of greater wellbeing and inner freedom. Tribute at One Loudoun will be open so we will meet at this new community instead of their Welcome Center where we have been meeting.

If you go to the welcome center by mistake, because it’s where we have been meeting, just head out to Russell Branch Parkway via Exchange Street, and take the 2nd street on your right and you’ll see the new Tribute community!
